I was new to yoga when I found Kristen, and going into my first lesson I was more than a little scared but It didn’t take much before I was hooked. I don’t think I could have done it without her patience and motivation pushing me through. With my bad back, she created sequences to fit my needs. Throughout lessons she is very attentive to my postures and makes corrections to ensure I am properly executing them safely without hurting myself. Right from the start I’ve noticed greater mobility and relaxation in my entire body. Now I can go upside down! Something I never thought possible.
