Li Jen is a seasoned wellness and resilience coach with a unique and transformative journey. With a background that includes a 25-year immersion in Zen meditation and a period as a Buddhist monk, he brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to his role as a yoga practitioner, Tai Chi instructor, and meditation guide. In 2020, Li Jen’s yoga journey took a significant turn when he embarked on his teaching career at Crystal Yoga.
