You may know Kristen as the Crystal Yogi; she is the owner of Crystal Yoga Studio and began her journey with crystals back in college. Kristen has been studying crystals for 11 years, and has been a certified Advanced Crystal Practitioner for 6 years now.

Kristen is a 200-hour E-RYT and 500 hour RYT in Training. She is also also a YACEP provider for SUP Yoga (stand up paddle board) & Aerial Yoga.
